number of exquisite silk wrap skirts are now available for
purchase. Having begun life as formal kimono
(tomesode) more than 40 years ago, these pieces have been
reinvented as stylish, tailored skirts, perfect for the 21st
century
The skirts
incorporate fine details such as metallic and silk thread
embroidery, gold couching and hand painted motifs. Please note -
some discolouration and imperfections are evident, adding to their
charm and allure as vintage pieces and as such are not considered
flaws
All skirts are
hand finished and fully lined with a free sizing fit that will
accommodate sizes 10 through 16. To dress up or down these one of a
kind skirts add a unique and unmatched piece of Japanese history to
any discerning woman’s wardrobe.
